Position Title AI & Data Consulting Lead (AI Consultant)

Region Middle East
Location UAE / Qatar / Saudi Arabia
Reporting to General Manager
Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

Deep expertise in AI and Data Science, including LLMs, AI agents, MLOps, and data architectures. 

Experience in AI/Data consulting or AI advisory roles. 

Strong ability to translate AI solutions into business value and ROI. 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Experience building and leading technical teams. 

Willingness to travel as required. 
Experience
  • 8+ years in AI, Data Science, or related domains.
  • Proven success in enterprise AI advisory engagements. 
  • Experience leading client workshops and executive discussions. 
  • Strong contribution to proposals and deal closures. 
Key Accountabilities
  • Define and lead AI and Data consulting strategy. 
  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams on go-to-market strategy. 
  • Own P&L for the AI/Data Consulting unit. 
  • Conduct client workshops and assessments. 
  • Act as trusted AI advisor to clients. 
  • Support business development and proposal efforts. 
  • Represent GeoSoft as an AI thought leader.
